Iron-Etching by Georg Wechter the Younger (the Bamberg Wechter: Nuremberg 1560 – Bamberg 1630), Bamberg 1616.
Size: 28,5 cm x 36 cm
Margins on three sides closely trimmed to the platemark, at the bottom 1,5 cm margin, at the upper right corner a slight loss of paper, altogether in very fine condition. Rare!
Cp.: Andresen, Vol. 5 the etching is in the first condition before the changes of the gabled dormer window.
