French folding fan of the Biedermeier era with original coloured lithographies

Beautiful folding fan with original colouered lithographies on both sides.

Front: A group of young ladies and two gentlemen dressed in the style of the Rococo era sitting in a park. At the side on black ground colourfull blossoms in between gold and silver ornaments.

Back: Young mother taking a walk with her children and a dog.

Leaf made of paper with original coloured lithographies on both sides. Fan´s skeleton made of ivory, elegantly carved, engraved and decorated with gold.

Span width: 26 cm x 46,5 cm

Date: France (?) around 1830/40

Decorative folding fan of the Biedermeier era in good condition.
