Excellent impression, colours and condition. Small printing colour smudge in right margin.

About the artist: Merritt/Yamada, Guide to Modern Japanese Woodblock Prints: 1900-1975. Honolulu 1992, p. 123. The well-known artist, who partly lives on the Amakusa Islands off the west coast of Kyûshu, had an exhibition of her woodblock prints in Germany in 1980 at the Marburger Kunstverein.
