Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858)

Last visitors leaving the Yoshiwara pleasure district of Edo in the early morning dawn, accompanied by a courtesan. Blossoming cherry trees are standing at the sides of the gate.

Very good impression and colours. Margins trimmed, at sides backed with brown paper strips from verso. Very thinly backed. Paper a little bit age-toned. Overall very good condition.
