Yoshida Hiroshi (1876-1950)

The Omote-mon entrance gate to Toshogu Shrine, flanked by giant cypresses. The famous Shintô shrine in Nikko is dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa dynasty, and houses his tomb.

Very nice impression and colours. Two usual tiny drying holes in left margin. Verso fragment of a small red (collector?) seal origami crane, in bottom corner. Overall excellent condition. A little later impression from the original blocks.
