Takahashi Shôtei (Hiroaki) (1871-1945)

A night scene in the countryside. A mother and her child on their late way home on the embankment; the child is admiring the brightly rising full moon. The village of the title is as Nogisaki today a part of the city of Moriya in Ibaraki prefecture.
