Utagawa Kunisada (Toyokuni III) (1786-1865)

A young lady visits Genji, sitting at the kotatsu, warmly dressed nearby the open door, through which we see a snow-covered garden landscape. A female servant brings in a warming hibachi.

Very nice impression and colours, with metal pigments (little bit oxidised). Single sheets not mounted, just at three points slightly put together. A few creases, a tiny bit soiled. Throughout very good condition.
