Takahashi Shôtei (Hiroaki) (1871-1945)

Boats with billowed sails on the river between high mountains, on a clear day in the rainy season. In a riverside village the koi nobori (carp banners) are fluttering above the rooftops for the Boys' Day festival on the 5th day of the 5th month.
