Tsutsui Toshimine (1863- nach 1934)

A cherry tree with autum foliage bearing a single late blossom. In the round inset picture a young woman, lost in thought, dries herself with a towel in front of a mirror.

Size: Horizontal Aiban, 22 x 29.7 cm (overall)

Excellent impression and colours, with gaufrage. A few weak creases and two vertical folds, typical with kuchi-e. Three tiny wormholes, otherwise very good condition. Seldom seen image.
