Utagawa Hiroshige II (1826-1869)

Out of the birds perspective, seen through clouds, the ascent to the Sannô-Gongen-Shrine . The sanctuary, also known as Hie-Shrine is one of the most famous and important shrines in Tokyo.

Print in very good condition and fine colours. Here the colour variation with the red Bokashi in the upper side of the sky and the clouds on the right side. Light stains in the margins. Altogether in fine condition.
