A suitor tries to kiss the shamisen player, but she refuses him; her blind duett partner (probably the teacher) continues playing while listening curiously.
Date: Edo period, about 1805
Size: Block book double-page, 21,5 x 26,7 cm (paper size)
Very good impression and colours. Single sheets put together without being trimmed. A few weak water stains in the picture. Lower corners somewhat soiled and worn, paper partly a little bit creased. At all good condition.
