Very good impression and colours. At the lower back side label with the printed title and the name of the artist. At left margin smaller part of thinner paper, upper corners at their back sides with remains of an old mounting, otherwise very good condition.

In 1929 this picture was published for the first time in the series „Shin Tôkyô hyakkei“ (100 views of the new Tokyo), a series with pictures of several artist which mainly influenced the development of the Sôsaku-Hanga period. A second state was published after the war in the series mentioned above, from which our print is from.
