All offered prints are guaranteed to be authentic antiquarian
engravings, printed at or about (c) the date given.

All offered prints are - corresponding to their age - in a very good
to good condition unless stated otherwise. Minor defects are not
mentioned in any case but always considered in the price.

Dimensions are given in centimeters (height x width).

Conditions of sale with the cancellation instruction

Your contracting party for all orders is:
Kunstantiquariat Monika Schmidt, Türkenstraße 11, 80333 Munich, Germany.

All offers at our website are an invitation for your offer (invitatio ad offerendum). By sending an order form to us you make us an offer for a sale contract. After getting your order we will inform you by letter, fax or e-mail about the availability of the orderd item(s), the mailing expenses and your right of return. A sale contract will be concluded only when the ordered item(s) are delivered.

All orders will be processed chronologically as receipted. Firm orders have priority. Orders on approval only as agreed. All items offered are subject to prior sale. There is no obligation for delivery.

Cancellation instruction

The following right of return is (by German law) only valid for private customers, who don't use the ordered items for their own business purposes.

Right of return

Items ordered from our web page can be returned cost-free within one month without giving reasons.

The cancellation period begins at the earliest after receipt of a written cancellation instruction (by letter, fax or e-mail), but not before you receive the merchandise (or a first part of it).

You meet the deadline by dispatching the item(s) or the cancellation instruction on time. Return the item(s) - in any case at our risk and expense - to the following address:

Result of return

In case of a valid return all received benefits on both sides have to be refunded. In case of a decline in value of the merchandise a compensation can be brought to account.

Warranty

We provide a warranty period of two years.

Prices and payment

All prices are given in EURO (€) including the VAT (value-added tax: At the moment 7% for all offered books, graphic works of art, paintings and drawings). All orders which we send to countries outside of the European Union will be zero-rated (without VAT, price less 7%). If you like a zero-rated (without VAT) delivery within the Euopean Union you have to send us your International VAT number. Our VAT number (U.St.Id.Nr.) is DE130555450.

Payment has to be made in advance (if not agreed otherwise) in cash, by personal check, bank draft or major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard).

Reservation of ownership

Ownership of the ordered item(s) will pass to the customer only with the complete payment.

Shipping and handling

Unless otherwise instructed, all orders will be dispatched fully insured - airmail were available - at the customer's risk and expense. We will inform you in advance about the shipping and handling costs by letter, fax or e-mail.

Final clause

Place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich/Germany. For all disputes the German version of our conditions of sale is decisive and all disputes which may arise are subject to German law.

With his order the customer accepts our conditions of sale.

Errors, omissions, and changes without notice are excepted.

Data security and protection, disclaimer

All personal data you are sending us via our contact or order form will be transmitted by SSL, a cryptographic protocol which provides security and data integrity, to protect your data from unauthorised use.

Your personal data will be kept by us in confidence and will not be given to others.

All contents of our website are worked out very carefully and updated regularly, but no responsibility can be taken for their topicality, correctness and completeness.
