Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858)

A scenic, multi-coloured rock formation dominates the right side of the picture. Between the mountain ranges the retinue of a travelling daimyo. On the horizon to the left, all in white, Mount Fuji.

Very good impression in fine, fresh colours. Almost no trimming. Some minor paper blemishes (small tears, losses, thinning), partly reinforced from the back. Only minimal creases, stains and smudges. In top margin two old handwritten additions. Overall very nice, unbacked condition.
